The Mexican Wolf/Livestock Coexistence Council is an organization dedicated to supporting viable ranching, self-sustaining wolf populations, and healthy western landscapes in the American southwest.  The strategic plan was collaboratively developed by the Council to articulate the wide range of perspectives around wolf recovery efforts.
